Annual Support Service

We provide a selection of ongoing services to ensure that you remain complaint for various government schemes. We also help you run your system in the most cost effective and least stressful way. A good starting point to this service is for us to visit your site and assess the following:

  • Carry out an inspection of the meter positions to ensure that they are fitted within manufacturers guidelines and Ofgem regulations
  • Inspect all buildings, heat uses, all heat sources, external pipework and plant room layout to ensure that the site complies with RHI regulations
  • Compare site to documents submitted to Ofgem (schematics, HLAs etc.)
  • Analyse fuel type, all fuel records and recording procedures to ensure that they comply with BSL/FMS regulations
  • Check that site is ‘commercial’; inspect all drying records/floor sizing (where applicable), invoicing and other applicable commercial evidence
  • Write an independent report to confirm that the site complies with regulations
  • Work with installer/owner/Ofgem to resolve any issues found (additional costs for this may be required)

RHI Ongoing Support Service

This service provides you with day to day needs to ensure you keep within the RHI scheme for the next 20 years and includes:

  • Reminders when the meter readings are due, and phone calls to ensure the reading is kept
  • Text message reminder on day of submission
  • Submission of your meter readings
  • Help with any requests from Ofgem
  • Ongoing advice and a one-stop-shop for all your Ofgem questions.
  • Ongoing feedback so that you know if you are burning too much or too little to reach your Tier 1 high payment tariff
  • Confirmation on expected payments
  • Help with your fuel records, we will ensure all your necessary biomass information is kept on our secure database. We will send reminders throughout your RHI year to collect fuel invoices. This helps lower the risk of your payments being withheld or reduced by Ofgem.
  • Calculation and submission of greenhouse gas emissions (where required)
  • One hour of time included to deal with audit responses and preparation
  • Assistance with finding the best price for fuel and servicing

RO Ongoing Support Service

  • Assistance in setting up and managing ROC sales and FMS procedures
  • Reminders when the meter readings are due, and phone calls to ensure the reading is kept.
  • Text message reminder on day of submission
  • Submission of your monthly volume and meter readings for ROCs
  • Calculation of GCV and monthly submissions for ROCs
  • Help with any requests from Ofgem
  • Ongoing advice and a one-stop-shop for all your Ofgem questions
  • Collection of all fuel records and presenting usage data to Ofgem
  • If required, we will organise laboratory tests (price excludes laboratory fees
  • One hour of time included to deal with audit responses and preparation

Energy Brokering

  • Assistance in setting up and managing PPAs/electricity exported. We will find you the best price and give you feedback on the different options available.
  • Help with obtaining the best price for the electricity that you buy where we produce a report on the different options available.
  • Reminders when the contracts are coming to an end
